Hello! I’m Delilah. I’m a happy, friendly girl and although I wouldn’t say naughty, maybe a little cheeky in a really fun-loving way. I love my people, and my toys, and when they both get together and play with me… yay! The kids at foster-land just can't get enough of me and they call me theirs already! It didn't take them long to fall for me....I knew all along that would happen just as soon as they got to know me with my dashing looks and beautiful playful personality:)

I’m very affectionate and well-behaved, but I do like to see where you are and what’s going on. Sometimes if you leave me outside for longer than I like, I might jump up on the raised aircon unit and peep my head through the window to say hello and make sure you haven't forgotten me! I've startled foster-mum a couple of times doing this, but it's all in good fun and she doesn't mind a bit.

I’m surprisingly good with people, especially the really little ones (there are pre-schoolers in my foster-home), and I love to play fetch or tug-o-war with them as often as possible. I walk very nicely when I’m on the lead, but if you let me off and there are unfamiliar dogs around I might get a little nervous and try to walk under your feet...oops! Around dogs I don’t know, I do get a bit nervous at first, but if I’ve been introduced slowly and properly so that I am more comfortable, I do fine after a short time.

I don’t really scratch, dig, jump or chew, and I do my business outside. Wow, now I'm really starting to feel happy about me! I'm looking for a home where we can get out and enjoy life together. If you are looking for a beautiful dog to call your own, I think you and I would get along just fine. I'm still a young dog and so I will need regular training and boundaries to make sure I continue to be the best dog I can be.
