About Daisy
Hello! My name’s Daisy, I’m at the prime of my 11 years, I love so many things, and you probably guessed already - I’m blind!
Though my eyes have left me recently, I have been blind a while and my independence is still blossoming! My foster parent even had to pop me on the leash at the park because I love ducks. Love trying to chase them. So. Much.
I LOVE maneuvering areas on my own and would appreciate a home that encourages this - stairs and cluttered houses scare me!
If you’re looking for an exercise companion, move right along! While I’m focused on my independence and love a good dance and zoomies in open fields (my recall is selective), I am getting on in years and ideally would just curl up in my persons’ laps. Sitting on your lap in the sunshine. Sitting on your lap at night time. Sitting on your lap at the cafe. I just wanna glue myself to your lap!
I am looking for a quiet home. I would be happy to co-exist with another placid animal, or be happy as your one and only petal - I wag my little tail when I smell my pet friends but being booped, snuggled, or bumped scares me as I can’t see what they’re doing! I am toilet trained, but have a lil’ ol’ bladder and need to let myself out fairly frequently - regularly and secure access outside is a must. I am also crate trained and love a cheeky siesta!
I don’t mind quiet young adults, but teenagers and kids make me quiver in fear!
Spring’s here and this little Daisy is in full bloom! If you think I’m the right flower for your family bouquet, apply now!
I weigh 4kg.
Medical notes
Daisy is blind.
