Introducing little miss gorgeous!

Meet Alta – she is an adorable and affectionate little ball of fluff. This little girl loves her people and is very people focused which makes her a fantastic companion. She likes everyone she meets and greets new friends with a wagging tail. Alta only asks that she gets lots of pats and cuddles in return as she loves them. She is also a big smoocher so you need to be prepared for some kisses!

Alta is a lovely little indoor dog who has good manners inside the home. She loves to play with her toys and is happy to entertain herself with them but every now and then she loves a game of fetch too. When it’s not play time she can often be seen relaxing around the house or sunbaking outside. Being a miniature poodle she doesn’t shed but will require regular grooming in form of brushing and clipping to keep her looking her best.

This little girl doesn’t require a lot of exercise but does enjoy a daily stroll and enjoys getting out of the house with her people. Alta is friendly with other dogs but can be overwhelmed by those that are too boisterous so she is better suited to smaller and calmer doggy companions. During her time in care she has been learning how to play with other little dogs but she would need continued socialisation and encouragement to progress in this area.

We are looking for a quieter and dog experienced home where Alta will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities and outings. She is an indoor dog who needs a comfy bed to sleep on indoors at night. Alta can happily live with another dog but she also wouldn’t mind being the centre of attention either; however, if she is an only dog she will need someone home more often than not to spend time with her. She is good with children but very little so they must know how to be gentle. This darling little girl deserves a home where she will be spoilt and loved for the rest of her days.
