Obedient. Beautiful. Fun-loving. Smart and affectionate. What more could you want, Latte has stolen our hearts and we know she’ll steal yours too. This young lady is a fast learner, she knows her name and she knows what you want from her most of the time even at her young age. She’s toilet trained and can sit, lie down and will be shaking hands soon. Being a doting companion she always keeps one eye on you seeking cuddles, kisses and belly rubs. Her favourite time of the day is when she first sees you in the morning.
Medical notes
Latte previously suffered mild Aural (ear) Haematoma’s in both ears. An Aural Haemotoma is a collection of blood within the ear flap. This blood collects under the skin and causes the ear flap to become thickened.
Latte does not require surgical intervention at the moment but she may in the future. If surgery is required if is a simple procedure performed under a light a aesthetic where a a small incision is made to allow the blood to be drained and the ear flushed. If the ears are kept clean the chances of future issues are very unlikely.
Latte has/will have the following vetwork completed:
~ Desexed
~ 2 x Vaccinations (C3 & C5)
~ Microchipped
~ All-Wormed
~ Flea Treated
Adoption details
~ ADOPTION PROCESS ~
STEP 1: An Adoption application MUST be filled out prior to the meet and greet with the animal.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT DO INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS ** We require all animals to have a meet & greet with their new family before they are officially adopted, no exceptions. If you are willing and able to meet the dog in person, we are happy to accomodate the adoption.
STEP 2: If successful, our foster carer will be in touch within 24-48 hours.
STEP 3: A 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place. You must bring your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption. If meeting a cat we do not recommend brining your current dog/cat as this may stress the cat/kitten out.
STEP 4: The animal MUST not be taken on the day unless PRIOR ARRANGED (travelling over a 4 hr round trip), we will NOT ACCEPT the animal to be taken on the day if less then 2 days notice is given. If prior arrangement is made, an adoption agreement/s and payment must be made before collection of the animal.
STEP 5: A 10 day trial period commences once the animal has been collected from the foster carer.
STEP 6: The Adoption is the finalised after 14 days and paperwork is sent via email after this period. Please note this can take up to 4 weeks pending on the microchip paperwork.
Sorry we can’t take calls, as our rescue is run entirely by volunteers, but we endeavour to respond to your email within 24 - 48 hours. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
** PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HOLD ANY ANIMALS SO PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT NOW. **
