About Bruno
These paws where made for walking and that's just what they'll do, one of these days these paws are gunna walk back home with you.
Bruno's the name and being awesome is the game!
I cannot believe I am writing another profile, I mean come on guys I am amazing, how have I ended up without a home again. My best friends at the shelter keep telling me I am the Goodest Boy, that I'm a super star, I'm the most handsome and I'm all like I know, I know...
I'm looking for quite a specific home and I'm not high maintenance by any stretch, I just know what I want. My ideal home/palace would be one where I am welcomed inside and included as a family member. In return I will keep your spot on the couch warm, mop the floors with my tongue and greet you at the door with a choreographed tap dance/booty wiggle.
Before I came to the shelter I hadn't had the best experiences with other dogs, I found them quite scary and in an attempt to get them to leave me alone I would bark at them! With the help of my carers at the shelter I am learning that dogs are nothing to be worried about. I'm even starting to think that they might actually be fun to play with, I know crazy!
At the moment I'm looking for a home without any other animals BUT mark my words if my humans continue to help me I might be able to share my home with another dog. As they say anything is possible if you just believe. Aside from all that I also know how to sit, lie down, go to my bed, walk nicely on lead and I'm toilet trained.
Bruno is looking for a home with Adults Only or children over the age of 16.
Anyways that's enough chit chat, when are you coming to meet me?
To help Bruno settle into his new home his family will need to commit to ongoing behaviour consults either with our Behaviour Trainer or a Behaviour Trainer recommended by Second Chance Animal Rescue.
**Application Process**
When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. This includes current/past pets and their breed, children, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. Please note all of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Campbellfield. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you.
