About Mow
Marvellous Mow like all our cats is in great need of a loving and caring home. He loves nothing more than to sit on your lap and have a cuddle. With his easy going nature, Mow would make a great companion for any sized family. He is well mannered at food time and toilet trained.
Mow has previously had Cat Flu. Although this condition usually resolves without complications, in some instances the cat may remain a carrier of this disease and the disease may recur in the future.
Due to Mow's light colouration on his nose and ears, he is prone to skin cancer and needs an owner who has a sun smart lifestyle. Mow will need to be kept in the shade or indoors as much as possible in the summer months, and have pet safe sun screen applied to his nose and ears regularly. We also recommend that Mow gets 6 monthly check ups on his skin with a veterinarian, to ensure any early signs of skin cancer can be caught and treated.
While Mow is an older gentleman, don't let that deter you. He has a loving personality and will make a great pet for the right person. He may, however, soon require veterinary treatment for diseases of old age such as arthritis and heart disease.
