Ollie found love with Fallow and Roe (6 month old dwarf lop sisters) at the shelter. He came in very sad and never having a rabbit friend at 3 years of age. He was so excited to meet these two girls, and now they are a very happy trio. Ollie is a friendly boy and has made Fallow and Roe much more confident. They are very sweet together and make us all melt with their constant grooming and lying all over each other, so we are trying to find them a home all together.
Fallow and Roe have passed their health check and are up for adoption. We have a two week health cover with our vet after adoption. All rabbits should get a 6 monthly check with a rabbit savvy vet to make sure their teeth aren't overgrowing and their health is okay.
Ollie possibly has early arthritis in his lower back. We have given him pain relief and he's been absolutely fine. He may need it in the future but at this stage he is stable.
If you would like to consider any of our rabbits listed on PetRescue, please feel free to fill in one of our online rabbit wanted forms, situated on the home page of our website, www.aaps.org.au or please call our shelter directly & speak to one of our adoptions staff.
Our shelter is open to the public Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 3.30pm & Sundays & some public holidays 11.00am to 3.00pm.
