About Omar
All about me and my unique personality:
Hi, I’m Omar. I’m currently in foster care with my brother Stringer. I’m quite shy and I take comfort in knowing Stringer is around to look after me. When I was in the car with my foster family on the way to their house, I was very timid, so I sat on top of Stringer in the carry case the whole way home, but he didn’t mind at all! He often grooms me so I don’t have to do it myself.
I love affection from my foster parents, but I’m a little hesitant when picked up. I love spending time with my foster brother (a younger kitten than me) and my brother Stringer. I love to play with my brothers and I tend to follow Stringer around. We really enjoy sitting on the windowsill together and watching the world go by.
My ideal home:
I’d love to find a forever home where Stringer and I can live together. One where I will get plenty of love and attention, but also patience as I come out of my shell. As with all Hunter Animal Rescue cats, I need a home where I can live indoors for my safety and that of the local wildlife.
What is known about my background:
I was surrendered to a pound with my six siblings. I previously lived with both cats and dogs
How do I interact with kids, cats, dogs and other pets?:
I’m great with other cats and have previously lived with dogs. I haven’t come across any kids while in care.
