Ellie

Ellie is a small/medium sized Beagle cross with a wonderful personality! She is very affectionate and good with other dogs. She would do well in a home with another dog as a companion or someone that is home most of the time.

Many Beagles are clever escape artists who will go over or under fences in search of adventure. You may need higher fences than you might imagine for their small size. They can climb fences and you may also need to sink wire into the ground along the fence line to stop digging. Alternatively, Ellie would do well in a home that is willing to keep her as an indoor dog when nobody is home so she isn't tempted to take herself on an adventure!

The adoption team will inspect the back yard of potential adopters where convenient or ask potential adopters to provide pictures.
