About Harley DB377
Meet Harley.
I am a happy, easy-going, loyal young man that aims to please. I enjoy long walks, running after my ball, playing with my foster brothers; Shadow (dog), Crue (cat) and love learning new tricks for a yummy treat (even carrots). I used to play for hours with my old owners young daughter, so you know I'm great with kids!
When I’m at a new place I can be a bit timid until I feel more confident. If you let me know everything is all right and show me affection I settle in quickly. I don’t bark unless there’s someone at the door we aren’t expecting as I protect our castle. Once I meet them I’m happy to be their friend.
I can get a bit excited when I meet someone new and try to jump up to give them a kiss, although I am getting better. But when I decide you are my friend, be prepared for lots of cuddles and kisses.
I know how to sit, give you my paw, drop, stay/wait, release, come in, lay down, go to bed and have been learning place (mat).
I have a condition called diabetes insipidus which affects the way my body regulates fluids. I take a medication twice a day allowing my body to regulate fluids properly. Depending from which chemist you buy my medication from it can cost from $70-$80/month. I did have a couple of accidents in the house but since being on my medication that doesn’t happen anymore. I can hold on until you let me out or use the dog door now.
If you’re willing to give me a chance I would love to become a furry member of your family!
