Adoption information
I've been adopted!
About Nani
Nani is a calm and relaxed lady who is looking for a home that will give her lots of affection and fatten her up a little bit! Nani loves hanging out with her people and will be sure to remind you with a gentle nudge if it’s been awhile between pats. She’s great with new people and loves everyone she meets.
She also has a playful side – she is always excited to meet and run around with other dogs and would love her fur-ever family to teach her what to do to expand her doggy friendship circle. She also loves playing ball and if her new home has a squeaky toy or two, then Nani will be in heaven!
She would never brag but Nani already walks quite nicely on lead and also has ‘sit’ down pat. She is keen to learn more and can’t wait to find a home who will take her for a walk every day and teach her about the big wide world.
If you’re looking for a beautiful softie who just wants to be able to snuggle right into you then come in and meet the lovely Nani.
Adoption details
The adoption process at the Companion Animal Facility is relatively easy. We ask that if you are interested in a animal, please attend our facility in Goulburn to meet the animal and the Ranger team so that we can make sure that the animal is the right match for you. We do not take expressions of interest over the phone or via email.
Once you have decided on which future pet you would like to adopt from the facility, all that is required by you is to make a payment at the Companion Animal Facility by either cash, cheque or eftpos, provide details for the microchip and registration paperwork and then pick up your future pet from the Council veterinary service provider once they have been de-sexed and vaccinated (Council staff will advise you when the animal is booked in at the veterinary clinic. This usually falls within 14 days of the purchase).
The following are the re-homing fees for dogs and cats,
Entire Dog - $265.00
De-sexed Dog (de-sexed by previous owner) - $165.00
Entire Cat - $185.00
De-sexed Cat (de-sexed by previous owner) - $115.00
The following is included with all sales,
Microchipping (identification details will be placed on the NSW Companion Animal Register)
Lifetime Registration (within NSW)

Vet Check
De-sexing (if required)
Please Note: All dogs and cats rescued from the Companion Animal Facility are required to be de-sexed. Dogs and cats will not be sold as entire under any circumstances.
