About JJ
Received a call from a young lady with a pup saying that she could not keep him any more as he was far too active for her and he lived with her in an apartment. She thought he was going to be a mini foxie but he has grown to be bigger than a normal fox terrier. She felt that he needed more room and friends to play with and she is absolutely correct. He also needs to be with someone that is home a lot or works from home who is active as he loves being a part of everything. He gets on with other dogs, is very active but at the same time very affectionate. He would make a wonderful companion dog for an active person. He is extremely smart so would get into trouble if left to his own devices as he is curious mischievous and gets into everything and wants to be a part of everything so will not be left behind. He is a lovely little man, a typical pup!
Adoption details
HappyPaws Haven is fussy about who adopts these animals and where they are housed and cared for. The adoption criteria is documented as a questionnaire and strictly adhered to. We do not adopt animals to people who rent unless they are long term rental at the same address and have landlords written permission.
We ask if they have thought about the attributes they want in a dog, lifestyle, childrens ages, prepared to train, etc. We also talk about responsible pet ownership, fully fenced yards, hours unattended etc. and finally a vet reference.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
