About Vinny
Meet Vinny
Vinny is a sweet and gentle boy with so much love to give. Vinny hasn't had the best start to life, he grew up on a farm so hadn't had the experience most dogs are given. He has improved so much with his confidence, he loves all the new people he meets, has started playing with toys, and is much more confident in the spaces he regularly has spent time in.
Vinny is looking for a family that can continue to build his confidence and show him the patience he needs. He loves other dogs, small dogs are his preference, and he would love to have a home with another friendly dog. He would be best in a quieter home without children and without cats.
Vinny has been working on his toilet training, although a couple of accidents in his new home will be expected. He is not so sure about travelling in the car yet so will need some more help with this. He has been working on his basic commands, knows how to sit and is working on other basics too. He hasn't walked on a lead before coming into our care, so has been slowly getting used to doing so. He will take a little while longer before he is ready to go for walks with his new family and would prefer to go to quiet areas without much traffic.
Vinny is looking for that special family that can give him love, patience and understanding, and in return he will be your best friend for life. Could Vinny be the one for you?
**Application Process**
When on the Pet Rescue profile push the "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts and in the message section please place information about the home you can provide. This includes current/past pets and their breed, children, and any other information relevant to training/exercise/energy requirements. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 business days. Please note all of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Campbellfield. The majority of our dogs are in a foster home not at the shelter so you need to apply via the website to meet them. Thank you.
