About Laura ~ Jack Russell x (on trial 6/10/18)
Hello, my name Laura and I have just turned 11 months old. I would really like to find someone to celebrate my 1st birthday with me. I am a really long-legged girl, a cute Jack Russell terrier cross. I am really hoping that I can find a loving family to care for me. I have been de-sexed and all of my worm and flea treatments are up to date, as well as my vaccinations. My foster carer says that I am a really funny girl who is full of personality. She gives me a weekly brush to keep me looking great, she is surprised to see that I hardly shed at all! I am in good health and looking forward to meeting my new family.
My foster carer has a nice bed for me so that I can feel comfortable inside regardless of the weather. At night she tucks me into my crate with my comfy blanket. There is a doggy door at my carer’s home and I am learning how to use it for those calls of nature.
Although I am an inside dog, I don’t mind spending some time outside when the weather is good. My foster mum lets me outside when she is busy as I am still a puppy and unless I am supervised I tend to be a little bit naughty!
I enjoy my walks and the experiences in the outside world. I am learning to walk very nicely on my lead and the sounds of traffic and other dogs are of no concern. In fact even the fireworks and storms don’t trouble me. I am not a fussy eater but really if I could be indulged with an occasional bone I would be ever so happy!
I come when I am called and I am learning to sit when asked. I adore belly rubs and pats!
My foster carer knows me quite well now. She thinks that I would appeal to a home with some energetic youthful people who can keep up with my energy levels. Since I am so energetic I would enjoy burning up some of my energy with children that are respectful of me. I would make a great companion for someone who likes to go for walks or even better jogs! I don’t mind being on my own as long I am crated or put in an area where I cannot be tempted to show my naughty side. My foster Mum thinks that I am really bright and being young some training would be of great benefit to me.
If you think that we suit one others lifestyle then you can contact my foster carer by email anne_mccondach_3@hotmail.com, I am so excited about meeting you!
