Ube

Ube (which means 'Sweet Potato' in Filipino) was named after his purple tongue. He is a shy, gentle and sweet puppy.

Ube is 5 months old so he still needs some help learning and understanding his environment. We have been working with him training with treats and toys and he is responding well. Like all 5 months old pups, he is a bundle of energy and enjoys the company of people or other animals.

His ideal home would be one where he was able to settle in with a calm environment and some good routine. Also home where someone is there little more often than usual as Ube loves to be around people and snuggle up with them.

We will then organise a time for you to meet with the foster carer and the pet you are interested in adopting.

Maggie's wants this to be a good experience for you, and we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog as your situation may not meet the needs of the individual pet.

All our pets leave for their new homes on a two week trial. At the end of this period we will transfer the microchip to your details and the adoption is complete.
