NAME: My name is Molly
AGE: I am 4 Months old
LOCATION: I currently live in Ipswich Qld
BODY TYPE: I am the what would be referred to as an Athletic build. Whilst I am quite slim, I am very fit and active & will need plenty of exercise to keep me in peak form. My coat is a beautiful red/tan and only requires a brush once a week.
ABOUT ME:
I am a sassy young girl who loves to keep busy. I am very smart and love to learn new things. My foster mum is currently teaching me basic obedience & leash manners.
I love playing with other dogs & cats & am quite gentle (but some cats might not like when my herding instincts kick in & I chase them around!!)
I love people of all ages ( but please keep in mind I love to play chase so will run after toddlers - especially when they squeal!)
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
I would love a forever home where I have plenty of room to run around & play. A family that can offer plenty of attention & exercise is a must as I get bored very easily.
You will ideally love cuddles as much as me & be committed to continue my training.

Location: Our dogs are in family foster care in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
All of our dogs are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and heart worm treated. There are no exceptions.

If you should choose to adopt a dog from SEQ K9 Rescue Inc:
You will be asked to complete an Online Adoption Application.
Completing this form helps us to determine if the dog you are applying for will fit your family. Some dogs have special needs so we may be looking for a specific forever home.
After you have completed the Online Adoption Application, we will have the information to determine if you are a good match for the dog you are applying for. Sometimes we may recommend another dog we have in our care.
Next, we will arrange for you to meet the dog/puppy.
We ask that you bring along your children and your dog to the meet. A yard check (or yard photos) will be checked and only then will approval be considered.
Please remember sometimes there are several applications for the same dog so this process may take up to a week.
If your application is approved, now is the time to invest in a dog harness, led, bedding and toys.
All adoption fees must be cleared before our dogs can be collected from our carers. Our carers are not allowed to accept cash. Bank deposit/transfers only.
We also offer a 2 week trial period - if you have any issues with your chosen dog/puppy you must contact SEQ K9 Rescue Inc via email immediately. We are happy to assist with training or advise if the dog has not settled.
If for any reason the dog needs to be returned to the rescue organisation, the adoption fee minus a $50 non-refundable deposit will be refunded to you. Your refund will be returned via bank transfer within 10 working days.
If the pet is returned after the trial period generally no refund will be made.
Interstate adoptions may be requested to supply additional information and photographs of the proposed environment for the dog. Interstate adopter must pay transport costs in addition to the adoption fee.
If the dog is to return from an interstate adoption, the adopter is to pay all costs to return the animal to SEQ K9 Rescue Inc in Brisbane.
All dogs deserve a forever home.
