Meet Ernie

Ernie is a stunning young Boxer who is very friendly and loveable. He is excellent with children and needs a home where he can be part of the family. Ernie is happiest when he is close to his humans and will snuggle on the couch or in his bed or anywhere you let him snuggle.

He is also playful and energetic and will do anything you ask in return for lots of pats and attention. Ernie has fantastic obedience skills but will need to continue his training through the adolescent period.

He walks perfectly on a lead and enjoys long daily walks or runs. He sits and waits for his meals and comes when called.

Ernie's only weakness is that he would love to chase bicycles and would benefit from some experienced training in this regard.

Ernie would be best suited to a fun family home without cats.

When on the Petrescue Profile push "enquire about this pet" button. Follow the prompts. In the message section please place information about the home you can provide. This includes current/past pets, children, and any other information you can provide. We aim to reply to all applications within 5 working days. Please note all of our dog meet and greets occur at the adoption center in Campbellfield. The majority of animals are in a foster home not at the shelter.
