About Gypsy
Meet Gyspy!
Gypsy is a lovely 18 month American Staffy mix who is looking a home ready to provide love, cuddles and a bucket full of affection at the drop of hat. She is a sensitive girl and will give you extra love when she thinks you need it. This is definitely a staffy quirk.
Gypsy knows all of her basic obedience and her leash manners are coming along well and she’s also working on finding the motivation to do anything relaxing a home - whether that's on the couch with you or in a shady spot in the backyard.
Gypsy is a sweet girl who loves being around her people but is not so great a making doggy friends, so would do best suited to a solo dog home.
Gypsy does have a flair for the dramatic and will turn away sometimes if given her hand sign for 'no'. Gypsy also has perfect timing when it comes to turning on her puppy dog eyes to cause maximum impact on her audience. We believe she has seriously considered enrolling in a school for the dramatic arts, however, she eventually decided against it as it would impact on her napping schedule.
Gypsy loves tennis balls and if you were to give her enough she might possibly briefly consider skipping a nap to chew up as many as possible. She might not though… Like all most dogs, Gypsy enjoys snacking between napping. She likes to maintain her figure by eating fresh fruit and vegetables to any sort of ‘standard’ dog treats. Whilst napping is her speciality, Gypsy does move a bit quicker to greet you with a whole back-end wag when she wakes up and finds you nearby.
Gypsy adores children and is both gentle and appropriate with them. She has also demonstrated very good manners when walking next to a motorised wheelchair.
If you are looking for a relaxed affectionate do to share your life, please get in touch with us.
Gypsy is currently located in Melbourne, VIC

Adoption details
Hear No Evil's Adoption process:
1st Step * You contact us to obtain an adoption application, and discuss the dog of interest.
Once the application is completed and returned it will be assessed for suitability.
2nd Step * A Meet and Greet with the dog and all members of the adopting family and and current dogs is arranged where possible.
This usually coincides with a Yard check to ensure the safety and security of the property on which the dog will be kept. - We understand that this is not always possible in interstate adoptions and this will be discussed on your initial contact.
3rd Step *Payment of the Adoption fee in full. The dog is then handed over with any belongings, and all relevant paperwork and records.
Transport arrangements are the financial responsibility of the Adopting party. Hear No Evil are happy to assist with departure preparations and ensuring the dog makes its transport connection.
Final step * Once the 14 day 'settling in' period has ended, the change of ownership microchip details are submitted, and the adoption is officially finalised.
