About Sebby (Sebastian Bach)
Sebby is a very loyal companion who loves to be near his family constantly.
Sebby’s ideal family would be a couple that are home a lot and are very experienced with dogs, especially demanding dogs, as Sebby will try and cuddle and protect you 24/7. Sebby needs firm boundaries set for him and followed. He is a beautiful, obedient boy so enforcing the boundaries is easy, as long as they’re practiced regularly.
Sebby has previously shown his teeth when brushing his matted fur so for this reason, we do not recommend small children.
Sebby’s personality is very playful, loving and extremely affectionate. He definitely doesn’t act his 11.5 years (until he lays down and he lets out a quiet sigh 😂).
Sebby shared his previous home with a Maltese sibling and is currently sharing his foster home with a Maltese x Shitzu brother with no issues.
I haven’t tested Sebby with cats as we don’t have any.
Sebby loves going for walks, behaves very well on the lead. He loves going for car rides and hanging his head out of the window but he can sometimes let out whimpers because he is restrained in the back of the car and he wants to be in the front with you. Again, firm instructions settle him and he behaves beautifully.
Sebby does not like anyone approaching him through the window whilst he’s in the car, he is your built in security alarm 😊
The only other negative that this beautiful boy has is that he gets startled at men in fluorescent work shirts but we are currently working on this with Sebby and he is progressing wonderfully 🤗
Sebastian is a very affectionate, beautiful boy who loves nothing more than jumping up on your lap, putting his 2 front paws on your shoulders and giving you the biggest and best hugs. 🐶🐾💕
Medical notes
Sebby has previously had his Right ACL repaired and has fully recovered.
He has also had some seizures in the past, although he is not on any medication now as it’s not needed.
