About Champ
Champ is six years old and has spent most of his life in the big city. He is good with other dogs but does have a bit of separation anxiety so would need someone who was either home a lot or could take Champ to work with them. He would be very content to sleep the day away so long as you are in sight.
He's a bit of a smooch and would sit there all day having a good scratch. Champ has a good recall and is very intelligent. He need some work on his manners and gets a bit too excited when he sees you so he would be suitable for a home without small children, cats or pocket pets. Champ is currently fostered with a very dog savvy cat, but if it was a cat not used to dogs and one that would run we are positive that Champ would chase.
He just loves to please and it hasn't taken him long to improve his "sits" and "stays" and other basic training. We are still working on his pulling while on lead, he just wants to run with you!
Overall Champ is a dog keen to please and just wants to be someone's best mate.
