Dusty has such a beautiful, placid nature and loves nothing more than a snuggle with his foster parents. Although he is a big snuggler at heart he also loves a good run around and play with his brother and big foster dog sister. He has started to adventure in the backyard but he is not yet old enough to visit the park. He enjoys playing with other dogs and he has had some gentle interactions with small children.

Dusty is learning to take himself outside to go to the toilet and lets his foster parents know when he needs to go outside.He is learning his basic manners and he is proving to be an intelligent pup.

Dusty will be a medium/large dog but with proper training he will be joy to be with. His foster parents think he will always see himself as a lap dog and he will be a very loyal companion. He doesn't stray far from his foster parents and checks in to make sure he is safe and doing the right thing.

Being an energetic working breed, his ideal home would be an active type home and ideally have a larger property for him to stretch his legs in. All dogs need a lot of care - working breed dogs just generally need more of it :) And that is part of the fun! You'll develop an amazing bond because of what you do together. Dusty will rely on you to:
1. Exercise him - twice a day
2. Provide enrichment activities
3. Be consistent with your boundaries
4. Train him - so important for working dogs. They love a job to do around the house!
5. Socialise him
