About Jellybean
Jellybean is just the cutest little thing. She is half the size of her brother and sister, in fact by far the smallest in her litter, but she makes up for that with her big personality. She is very confident and doesn't let the others push her around. She might be small but she can stand up for herself for sure. She is playful and confident around the bigger dogs and loves to get out in the bigger yard and explore. This beautiful little girl would be an amazing family pet.
Jellybean came to us from an indigenous family with her 13 litter mates. Mum died when they were only 3 weeks old, and their family could not care for them. They had been without mum for a couple of days when they came into care. We have raised them all up. All but Jellybean and her brother and sister Chico and Tic Tac have now gone back to their home and are thriving and doing well. These three were more frail and stayed with us for re-homing. Jellybean struggled initially, and for longer than the others, but eventually started to thrive and she hasn't looked back. She is still little, but full of beans and thriving.
Our rescue and rehabilitation work happens in Central Australia, but because of the scarcity of adopters locally, our re-homing operation is in South Australia. Jellybean's adoption fee includes crate hire, courier transport by road from Tennant Creek to Alice Springs, and a direct flight from Alice Springs to Adelaide. Jellybean is currently in foster care in Elliott NT.
