Virginia is a 12 week old kelpie x from a litter of 8.
Virginia is a very loving girl who loves to play and have a cuddle.
Virginia will thrive in a loving home where she can have lots of attention, training and mental stimulation. Virginia is a bit shy and timid when she first meets people but she comes out of her shell once she feels safe.
Just like all other puppies Virginia will jump and play bite. Virginia is getting really good at listening and will sit and calm down when she is commanded to (most of the time!).
Virginia has been in foster care with a 2 year old, 5 year old and 9 year old. Virginia loves kids and will jump on them because she wants to play. As she is still so young....she will need further training so she can grow to be the best dog she can be.
Virginia will be happy in a home with or without a dog as long as she is part of the family and not just left outside. Virginia has spent the last 4 weeks with one of her litter mates, Tennessee. She has not been introduced to any other dogs yet because she has not had all of her vaccinations. If you are looking to adopt Virginia and have another dog, your dog will need to be up to date with all of his/her vaccinations and will need to meet Virginia prior to adoption.
Virginia is used to spending the day outside with Tennessee when her foster carers are at work. If left alone Virginia will chew anything that looks interesting so she needs entertaining toys to keep her occupied.
Virginia is used to sleeping inside and will be looking for a home where she is welcome to come inside to be with her family and to sleep at night. Virginia has not yet figured out toilet training so she will need some more help from her new family to figure it out.
Virginia is located in Kilmore, 3764.
