About Queenie
Hey there! My name is Queenie...
I came here to the shelter as my previous owners could no longer care for me but I totally ready to find my new forever family and start our new life together!
I am pretty smart if I do say so myself, not just a pretty face! So I am really hoping my new family will be able to help me learn new things and make sure I have lots of toys and puzzle feeders to keep my brain active.
I know my brains are totally what drew you to me but I also need to keep in shape. I love to run and walk, live life to the fullest is my motto! So my new family will need to be able to take me on at least on walk a day to keep me looking my best.
I understand there will be times when you need to leave me and if I am being honest, totally not a fan but I get it, you need to go off and human from time to time. I promise I will try my best to wait patiently but if you leave me lots of things to do while you're gone that would help lots!
Now about my food. I really do love food and am not overly fond of sharing..but who is really haha I like to keep all my treats and dinner all to myself and get annoyed when someone tries to take some. Because of this it is best I do not go home with children under 12yrs, as they don't seem to understand I don't like my food touched. And if you have any doggy friends at home that I might live with then you will need to make sure we are always fed separately.
I have met a few dogs here at the shelter and don't mind a little rough and tumble. So if you have any doggy friends at home please bring them in to say hi before we head off home together.
If I sound like the lady for you then please come in to meet me! I love making new friends...
