About Alice
We would have to hold a record with Alice, our pretty Ragdoll girl! She would have to be the longest remaining Ragdoll kitty that’s come into a rescue. It’s not a good record to have but all records are made to be broken.
Let’s break Alice’s record. Let’s find her the purrfect home.
Alice is simply stunning - as is the way with Ragdolls - so we know it can’t possibly be her looks that have been holding her back. Could it be her quiet, shy-to-begin-with nature? We wouldn’t think so but nothing else seems to make sense. But please don’t let that be a reason to not give her the chance she deserves.
Yes. Alice is a little timid upon first meeting, and you may well find yourself talking to the dark space under the bed to begin with. But that stage doesn’t last. Time. Time is all you both will need to find that trust and comfort around each other. Once she’s in that zone, goodness you’ll have yourself a sweet little friend for life. Trough we feel young children may be a bit too much for her sensitive side.
Her sweet, introvert nature means that she hasn’t been very good at sticking up for herself against the more extroverted cats in her life but again, time and the correct, step-by-step introductions can certainly help with that. But she would truly be ideal as an only kitty or a gentle leader to a friendly young kitten.
She has met small dogs and wasn’t too phased by their presence. As long as they’re not too obnoxious and can understand that Alice might want some space sometimes we’re sure she will be happy enough to coexist with your friendly canine pal.
Alice and her carer would love to hear from you in the hopes that perhaps, finally, her purrfect, understanding, quiet life partner will be found and she can start her journey of trust and love again - for the last time this time. She is in Caboolture just being pretty and sweet and holding on to this darn record.
