Introducing your newest family member Petra, a sassy young girl whose future is bright with the right guidance.

Petra is looking for a cat free family, she is good with tolerant, playful dogs and older children.

At only a young age she is showing indications of being a medium to large breed. She is a shar pei x labrador and will need a family that don’t mind putting in the extra effort when it comes to training and obedience.

When Petra came into care she didn’t know how to be loved, she may have had a rough start to life. She is still not sure about too many cuddles but she walks up to people quickly and enjoys their company.

Petra loves to play and her idea of play is a little different, she is an energizer bunny so a household with a submissive and tolerant dog would suit well. Petra is now being socialised and conditioned with other dogs, she is still a puppy and needs lots of love and support to help her reach her potential.

She is toilet trained inside but keep in mind in a new environment she may be a little nervous. She enjoys her walks, is about 16kgs and walks well on lead.

Petra will blossom with continued training, as well as having stimulating chew toys to keep her clever mind engaged and keep her from getting bored.

All meet and greets will take place in Wallan and if you do own another dog we highly recommend a meeting with them also.
