Hi meet Banksia! She is a VERY affectionate and people-focused cat. She came to the RSPCA as a stray, and unfortunately no one has come looking for her!
If you are looking for a lap cat, Banksia is certainly displaying those traits at the shelter! She loves to just snuggle up on the cattery couch and on our laps at every opportunity! In fact you might even get a small amount of sass from her when you try to get her off!
Banksia would suit a household where she is spoilt and a queen! She would be fine to live with cat respecting children over 10. She seems a bit unsure and tense around other cats. Her finders did say though that she was easy going around their dog, so given the right intros she could suit a home with a cat friendly dog. An indoor household would suit her best due to her pale colouring.
