About Junior ~ cute 6yo Foxy (on trial 17/3/19)
Introducing Junior - a sweet, 6 year old, male foxie. He loves a cuddle and loves to sleep with you.
Junior is fully house trained and very affectionate. He still needs to learn most commands but he comes when called.
Junior is a good eater, but needs to be separated from other dogs at meal times. He gets along with other dogs and would love another doggy companion.
Junior would be best in a home with older children (or none at all) as he is not good around small children. He is also nervous around men in high vis uniforms.
With the right person, Junior would be the ideal companion.
For more information or to meet Junior, please contact Alina on claudeshowie@hotmail.com Junior is in foster care in the Lake Macquarie area, NSW (west of Newcastle) and is not available for adoption interstate.
Junior’s adoption fee is $400 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and lifetime registered. You can see the adoption process and all of our available dogs at www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format:
https://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
or PDF: https://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
