About Gemmima (On Adoption Trial)
Meet Gemima- true to her name, she’s a true gem. She is 6 months old, but she is an “old soul”. She’s super gentle and calm and loves dogs and people. She really craves human attention so being allowed inside would mean a lot to her. She’s ok with cats, but does need to be reminded not to chase them. She’s happy to be picked up and held like a baby and kissed all over her cute face. She’s very placid and very kind. She still would benefit from some basic obedience training but is a very fast and willing learner.

If you are interested in meeting one of our animals we would love to hear from you.
Please email us at poundrescue@yahoo.com with a brief description of the family home you can offer - the number of adults and children in the home, other pets, how long the animal would be left on its own each day, whether your fencing is secure and so on.
Please then follow up with a phone call to Mariette on 0404491918 or Debra on 0412 698 117 and we will put you in touch with the animal's foster carer.
If an animal is adopted inter-state we can help organise transport . The cost of transport is paid by the adopting family.
All our animals are desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped. Our adoption fee covers our basic costs.
