Hi, my name is Tansley (named after famous Botanist).

Born in Starting Over Dog Rescue, I’ve been shown nothing but love and care. Now where do I begin, well, sleeping inside is a must especially in this cold weather. My bed overnight is in the laundry to contain me so I don’t do my business everywhere as I’m still learning. I usually go on the mat left out for me and willing to use outside on the grass if I’m taken out on a regular basis. I’ve been following the lead of the huge dog (Great Dane X) I currently live with.

Things I really love apart from my 3 meals a day are cuddles from the two primary aged children here at my foster home as they adore me, they even let me onto their beds when my foster Mum isn’t looking!! She prefers me to stay on my own bed unless it is cuddle or play time. My play time is very important for my wellbeing I have balls, kongs, rope toys oh and squeaky ones. I have been on the lead around the back yard a few times, still not sure what it's all about yet, with further training such as puppy school and lots of encouragement I will be a star as I’m really bright and cute.

Lastly, I've been told I am ready to move to my forever home, so just to make sure you understand - my needs are dedication to my ongoing training and providing me with the attention I deserve, so I can thrive and be my best. If left alone all day in a yard I will be sad and lonely, that's not a life I want.
