About Blackie 2
Blackie 2 (we rehomed another Blackie) came into an indigenous art centre a remote part of the NT. We think she just lost her owner but has been well looked after. She was taken into foster care and is now looking for a forever home.
She is used to dogs and people of all ages. Not sure about cats. She is about a year old and about the size of a small kelpie. We have no idea of the breed as is always the case with the dogs we rehome. We doubt she will grow and taller??
As Blackie is very young being left alone long hrs alone will not work. Even though she lost she had never been alone before so will have to be eased into this.
Blackie will also need to learn to walk on a lead and learn the sights and sounds of suburbia or the city.
She will fly from Alice Springs to Sydney with 2 foster pals and be in foster care in Kingsford near the University of NSW.
