About Stanley
Sadly due to a change of circumstances, Stanley's owner is no longer able to provide him with the best possible home, so has asked us to assist with finding Stanley a new home that can offer him the stability he requires.
Stanley currently lives with other cats and would be happy with a calm, friendly cat friend or as an only cat. He's never spent time around dogs and would like a hound free home!
Stanley is very much a typical British boy. He's affectionate but not "needy", he loves to laze around an be adored and he loves his food!
Stanley has had urinary crystals in the past and requires a diet of Royal Canin Urinary S/O, to ensure he doesn't have issues with crystals again.
Some of Stanley's favourite pastimes are head butting, and gently tapping people with his paw to signify pats are required!
Stanley's friend Wallace (https://www.petrescue.com.au/listings/644294) is also looking for a new home and while they're not bonded, they would be more than happy to continue to be roomies, if you are looking to adopt a pair of gorgeous British boys!
If you are not familiar with the grooming requirements and shedding levels of British Shorthairs, please do your research! Despite being short haired cats, Brits shed more than most other breeds, require a lot of brushing and you must be prepared to have a layer of cat hair on everything you own!
Stanley is in care in Williams Landing
Medical notes
Stanley goes to his new home desexed, microchipped, flea and worm treated and current in vaccinations.
