About Glitzy
Glitzy or Glitz for short is a very sweet, quiet little Mini Foxie, she is a friendly girl once she gets to know you but is very shy around strangers.
She is not your typical high energy Foxie instead she is happy to sleep the day away on a comfy bed or snuggle up to you on the lounge whilst you watch telly if you are happy to pick her up, she won't jump up on the lounge on her own.
If you are wandering around outside in the garden she is happy to follow you about or find a sunny spot to snooze in. She enjoys a walk but only needs a short walk.
Little Glitzy was attacked by a large dog and suffered a fractured pelvis and stomach injuries. The stomach is all healed and she has had two operations to repair her pelvis which did not heal. As a result she does not have full use of her back leg, she is not in any pain and when she is walking she does not limp but when running does not use her back leg. After extensive consultation with the vet and as she is not in any pain it is felt it is not necessary to put her through more trauma and amputate.
Glitzy is toilet trained and is not bothered by cats but does not like other dogs.
She is best suited to a quiet home without small children.
If you would like to meet her please contact her foster carer Lisa on 0412 142805, she is located on the NSW Central Coast.
