About Ginger 💙
Ginger is a sweet natured, kind and gentle little soul and seeking a calm, loving family to show him what it's like to be loved unconditionally.....
Although this gorgeous boy is a little anxious around strangers, it doesn't take him long to gain your trust. Once he feels comfortable, he is a ball of love and energy. He loves to play ball and other active games, snuggle with his humans on the couch and he absolutely adores children of all ages.
Ginger is learning how to walk on a lead, heel and sit for his dinner. His foster family are also teaching him all about road crossings while out on his daily walks and he's proving to be quite a clever little boy. His new family/owner will need to be committed to continuing on with his training so that he becomes a well mannered and socialised adult. This little boy has so much to give. He really is a people pleaser and this also makes training him very easy.
Apartment life is not the ideal situation for Ginger...he would much prefer a grassy backyard with room to run and play. During his time in foster care, Ginger has not shown signs of separation anxiety when left alone for short periods, but can be a serious chewer when bored. Given that Ginger enjoys spending time with his family/humans, we don't believe that he would cope well in a home where everyone is working full time.
Ginger has had all his vet work done and located in Newtown, NSW.

Ginger has sensitive skin, he has not had any issues while in care but it is something that the vet has noted could become an issue for him.
Adoption details
If you would like to express interest in adopting, we ask that you send through some info about yourself, your family and home, if you rent or own (rental agreement required if renting and rates notice required if you own) and what you can offer this gorgeous boy. Our aim is to find the best homes for our babies, not necessarily first in best dressed, so a good detailed application will make you stand out from the rest.
Once we have received your email outlining the above, we will send you through an Adoption Questionnaire and then your enquiry will be passed onto the appropriate carer. Successful applications will be contacted via phone.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
