About Lillian ~ Mastiff x puppy (on trial 14/9/18)
Meet Lillian, a 12 week old Mastiff x sweetheart. Lillian is very much a people puppy - she loves being a shadow following her family around, but she's also happy to play with her toys in the yard.
Lillian is a very clever girl and enjoys her training. She has started to bring the ball back when playing, has learnt to sit on command, uses a doggy door and mostly has the house toilet training under control.
Lillian is a very healthy little puppy who has been raised in a home environment. She has been very well socialised with other puppies and adult dogs (small and large) and gets along well with them all. She hasn't met any cats yet. She has met lots of people and is friendly and affectionate with them. This cuddle loving babe will take all the love you are willing to give her and more and will easily become your new best friend.
Lillian grow up to be a medium-large dog. We always recommend puppy training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
Lillian will need a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as she would be too lonely on her own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Lillian needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be a wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps, unfortunately rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire) is not suitable.
As Lillian is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Singleton, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Lillian , please contact his foster carer Doreen on 0407 721 759 or email doreen.newton2@bigpond.com. Lillian is located in Singleton, NSW.
Lillian's adoption fee is $550 and includes her desexing, vaccinations and microchipping and she's been treated for fleas and worms.
Medical notes
Happy and healthy puppy.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format:
https://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/adoptionquestionnaire.docx
or PDF: https://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
