Hi I’m Buddy,

I’m a boisterous happy boy, approximately 15 months old. I’m such a good looking boy I turn the heads of most passing by, and those lucky enough to give me a cuddle are won over instantly.

I am in need a home that can supply me with daily exercise to keep my mind and body healthy and strong. I need a new home committed to training and firm boundaries as I have had problems in the past where I became pushy. I have completed entry level obedience training whilst been back in care(I am actually a star in an online training course with Urban Wolf).

During the day I am happy to be left by myself after a morning walk, but I prefer the companionship of another dog, it’s recommend I am left with something to do to avoid chewing and landscaping.

I currently live with two female Kelpies(8 month and 2.5yrs) and an 13yr old male Pomeranian, also two 9 week old foster pups that I love to play with, older male small breed is the boss of the pack and I sit under the puppy’s at the bottom and know my place.

I am crate trained during the night, I am toilet trained and will also use a kennel outside. I still need reminding it’s not my job to clear the bench.

I walk really well on the lead using a Black Dog head halti.

I am a huge fan of my cat foster siblings, I currently live with two foster cat siblings, both of which I love and who love me.

I also love my small humans, I currently join my foster mum at school pick up, sitting or lying next to her waiting for my small humans, usually whining waiting for them to come out, in an area that is not too congested so I don’t get too overwhelmed with excitement. I also love following them around the yard making sure they are ok. But I do need to be reminded my small human toys are not mine, they do look so good to chew.
I have been known to throw my weight around kids that maybe have not owned a dog before, or are not as strong willed as I am, but give my current foster kids only respect, as they will tell me off when I’m naughty and give me love and attention when I’m good.
