About Sparrow (Expressions of Interest Welcome)
I HAVE A PROSPECTIVE HOME Sparrow is a super affectionate charmer, who lives happily with other small dogs. He also lives with a number of cats who he finds very interesting. He's happy to give them a sniff but doesn't bother or chase them.
Sparrow can be a chatty boy and he will tell you if anyone is about. He is a smart boy and would love a home where he can sleep on the bed. He is an excellent bed warmer.
Sparrow absolutely loves sitting on your lap and keeping you company, his ideal home would be where his family is home a lot of the time as he just loves human company. He is a clean boy in the house and will alert you when he needs to go outside.
Sparrow is not suitable in a home with young children, he can resource guard at times.
Sparrow is recovering from
successful Patella surgery and will be available for adoption very soon. If you are interested in Sparrow please fill out an expression of interest.
Medical notes
All Chihuahua Rescue Queensland dogs have been fully health checked by our vets. We offer a free post-adoption health check with Greencross Vets at Chermside, Jindalee, Browns Plains or Indooroopilly hospitals. This gives you the opportunity to talk directly to the vet about any questions you may have. We provide all veterinary records for each dog, including copies of blood tests, any relevant X-rays and medical notes.
All Chihuahua Rescue Queensland dogs are desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. We test all our dogs for heartworm and treat them with regular parasite prevention.
Sparrow has had Patella surgery, he will need to be kept on Joint Supplements.
