Buddy

A companionable fellow, Buddy enjoys time with his human friends, whether going for walks or hanging out in the office while everyone works. If there is a lap to sit on, Buddy will certainly find it!

A family with plenty of time to take Buddy exploring around the neighbourhood and who can provide fun enrichment and playtime at home would be just perfect. Buddy is a young fellow with plenty of zest, so toys, puzzles and games will be a must, especially when he is to be home alone. An opportunity to expand his repertoire of training skills would also be grand; Buddy is clever and attentive when there are treats on offer and will no doubt impress all as he learns!

Here at the shelter, Buddy has enjoyed social interactions with other dogs and has proven himself a most affable canine, even if his enthusiasm isn't always appreciated by others. He has excellent potential as a pal for another pooch so be sure to bring your current companion in to meet him also. Buddy would love to be someone's favourite sidekick, and with his soft round eyes and such a happy tail, who could resist him? He looks forward to seeing you at the shelter!
