About Molly ~ 7 year old Maltese X (on trial 10/8/18)
This is Molly a Maltese x who about 7 years old and weighing about 6.5kg. Molly is a quiet, relaxed and docile girl with the gentlest little nature. Molly is a gem who just wants to cuddle up to you. Molly was a puppy mill dog who was no longer needed. She is full of love and trust.
Molly travels well in the car and walks well on a leash. She isn’t the fastest on a walk she just likes to smell and sniff her way around. She is not a barker but will bark when you come home in pure excitement.
Molly is full of affection and loves nothing more than to cuddle up on the couch with you. Molly would love to be adopted by a retired or semi retired person, someone who is home a lot and can give her the love and attention she deserves. She is an inside dog. She currently sleeps in her bed in my bedroom. When she can she will sneak up onto my bed with my dogs and has been known to give a gentle growl at them when they disturb her. Molly isn’t an overly active dog so would suit an older person. She has had no trouble adjusting to my lifestyle and routine. She just fitted in perfectly.
Molly loves nothing more than to lie in the sun chewing on her bones for hours. She loves to chase the other dogs around the yard. Molly has had dental work done. She had a few teeth removed and a dental clean. She is currently in care with my own dog and another foster and gets along with them beautifully. Her general health is very good. She loves her food and if she could she would eat all the other doggies dinner.
Whoever is lucky enough to adopt this little girl will get a loving, loyal companion for life.
For more information or to meet Molly, please contact her foster carer Kay on kaystarr1@hotmail.com Kodie is in foster care in Newcastle area, NSW and is available for adoption interstate.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
