About Makuu
This boy is simply gorgeous!!
Makuu is a show stopper with his good looks, long legs, big feet and beautiful personality. He is a super affectionate dog who loves cuddles and can often be found curled up with his foster carer on the lounge in the evenings. Anyone he meets is a new friend as he greets them with a waggy tail and ready for pats. Overall, he has a calm and gentle nature, and will make a great addition to an experienced family.
Puppy playtime is lots of fun for Makuu. He loves to wrestle with his puppy friend in foster care and he is friendly with all the dogs he meets. He will be a relatively active dog who will require daily exercise and ongoing socialisation to keep him healthy and happy throughout his life.
During his time in care, Makuu has begun his basic training. He can sit for a treat, and has learnt to walk pretty well on the lead and wait for his food. He is going to be a large strong dog so it is very important that his new family continue his training. This should include puppy school and further training classes. Makuu is progressing well with his toilet training and travels well in the car.
We are looking for an experienced home where Makuu will be a part of the family and included in the daily activities and outings. He will require a home with another dog for company or someone home most of the time. As he will be a large dog he will be better suited to older or more dog savvy children. He should be allowed inside to be with the family and will need a warm comfy bed inside to sleep on at night. Whoever gets to make this boy a part of their family will be very lucky indeed.

Don't see a breed attached to one of our dogs? That's because we don't breed label dogs of unknown genetic history. We can't guess at breeds but that's okay, because we can tell you about the dog's individual personality, character, and behaviour.
