About Larry DB402
Meet Larry.
Larry is a gentle, very loving puppy. He’s well trained - can sit, give paw, wait for food and is toilet trained. He LOVES to snuggle you at night when you’re watching Netflix and relaxing. He also does something very special that his foster family thinks is super unique and loving. Larry (when asked) will gently wrap his arms around you, snuggle into you and give you a “human” hug. It’s adorable (see the video for proof!). Larry would love an inside home where he can come in and out as he likes - that’s how it is with us and he loves it.
Larry LOVES other dogs. He hasn’t met a dog he doesn’t love! He lives with his older sister Marcy, and they play all day. They also love to snuggle together. Larry has no issues meeting dogs out or at the park when off lead. He loves to play so much I think he’d be best suited to a home with another doggo to run and be playful with.
He needs patience when on the lead - he’s still a puppy and learning! He’s not impossible to walk, but will pull and can be reactive to dogs he meets on lead.
As he’s still young he doesn’t like to be left alone for too long. He won’t be destructive or anything, but he can get anxious if he’s away from you for too long. We have found he is much happier left home alone for a few hours if you leave him with a puzzle toy or stuffed kong though! He’d love to have owners who take him out with them on weekends - he loves the park, rivers, lakes and will also happily sit with you at a cafe. We include him on their trips and he loves it. He doesn’t mind the car much.
**Essential Information: Larry must live with another playful dog**
