Hi I am Gertie!
I came to the RSPCA with an eye that needed removal, in need of dental work, and lots of matting in my gorgeous fur. All fixed now, I am ready for my forever home where I receive lots of TLC!
Firstly, if you will not succumb to being licked and receiving loving nibbles it won't work out between us.
But if you don't mind a bit of cat saliva, and have can demonstrate a strong commitment to daily brushing, I may just be your girl!
Enough about you, now about me. I am an affectionate purr-pot with a soft and gentle nature. I like the quiet things in life, and would love someone who suits my placid nature.
I could live with quiet, sensible older children who are not boisterous around me. I have not shown interest in toys at the shelter.
I am not reactive to other cats. However, given I am recovering from surgery, I could only live with an equally placid cat who does not pounce on or ambush me.
I need to be a strictly indoor only cat. If you fit my criteria, and are ready to adopt, I am waiting to meet you!
