About Lexi
Lexi is a beautiful young desexed female stock coat black and Sable German Shepherd who is now looking for a new home.
Lexi was living with a male Rottweiller in her previous home but due to issues of jealousy with the larger dog her owners had to make the hard decision to part with this young affectionate shepherd.
Lexi has grown up in a family home and has basic obedience but would benefit from further lead training. Lexi is in excellent health, she loves to play with her family and she is currently in care at Albion Park in the Illawarra area.
Lexi is untested with cats or pocket pets and is best suited as the only dog in the home.
If you think you can provide a stable home for Lexi with daily walks and inclusion in the home then please contact us.
Medical notes
Lexie is desexed, vaccinated and has been on heart worm prevention and will come for treated and wormed.
Adoption details
We have an Adoptions Manager who screens all prospective candidates as to their suitability to adopt a German Shepherd Dog.
We try to contact every one by phone but if that isn't successful we will email our application form to you, which needs to be completed and returned, or you can call us back and we can chat and complete for you. We will also ask you to provide photos of your yard and fencing to enable us to see where the dog will be kept and that they have areas of shade and shelter.
All our dogs are ready to go to their new home, so when you enquire about a dog you must be in a position to take them into your home. We are unable to hold a dog while you fix your fences or go on holiday, etc.
The successful candidate who adopts one of our dogs is provided with an information kit, ongoing support, training and advice on all aspects of feeding, training and general assistance to ensure both the new owner and our rescued dog settle into their home.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
