About Murphy
This gorgeous boy is Murphy.
Since coming into our care, Murphy has flourished from a timid and unsure boy into a happy and confident young man.
Murphy is showing to be very clever and his carer said he is a very fast learner.
He has quickly learnt how to 'sit' and is now mastering 'stay'. His toilet training in going really well and with a bit more time and patience, we think he will have it sorted quickly.
In his foster home, Murphy is learning from the resident dog. Having a mature leader has really helped him feel safe. We believe Murphy will do really well having a confident canine companion in his new home to offer him guidance and reassurance when taking on new challenges.
Obedience training/ socialisation classes will also be a huge advantage to help Murphy feel safe and prepared when meeting new people and dogs and when taking on new environments. These types of activities are also a great way to create a trusting bond between Murphy and his new family.
While he has been with us, Murphy is being offered an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. He and the resident dog spend their days running and playing, their afternoons resting from all the fun and their nights curled up inside where its warm and comfortable. Murphy sleeps inside so he is able to feel safe.
We would like him to be offered the same amount of security in his new home.
His toilet training is going well and most nights he is now able to hold on until he is let out in the morning.
We believe Murphy will grow into a medium to large sized dog. He will need a good sized yard so he will have plenty of room to move and run and play with his family.
To continue developing his confidence, Murphy will be looking for a home with a confident, desexed doggy pal of similar size and energy levels to keep him occupied during the day. He will be be very active as he grows and will easily become bored and possibly destructive being left home alone for long periods of time during the day.
If you would like to enquire about this adorable boy, please send us a message and we will be in touch shortly.

Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
