Gismo

I’m Gismo, a Great Dane cross Mastiff. Who wants a WHOLE LOT OF DOG, like 80kg worth! That’s me and my heart is just as big to match. I’m a great big hunk of a guy with a loving nature. I adore meeting people to the point where I can possibly get a little too excited but nothing I can’t do more calmly with a bit of help. I’ve never really got to meet little people, reckon I’d definitely need to learn how to tame my excitement down before I got to be around them!
Once I start to settle down on a walk I do well. I need slow dog introductions so I don’t overwhelm other dogs who are all going to be smaller than me. I woof at the cats that are brave enough to pass through my yard and give a bit of a chase. None of them are family so possibly with a slow controlled introduction I could learn to live with a cat.
I’ve been living on my own and life has been a bit boring lately, I enjoy lounging around and only really dig the odd hole if I get bored. When I was a younger pup I got to get out more and had fun down at the beach with the other dogs. I might be a bit rusty on the mingling thing but would love to get out and about again and meet some other easy going dogs.
