About Milo
If a dog ever deserved a happy home, it is Clarabelle...
Because of legal issues, this young lady spent the last two weeks of her pregnancy in the pound on the cold concrete with a metal bench... Her belly was so huge, (and we now know why!) I was sure that she would be delivering her babies at any moment so I was daily surprised to find her still in one piece on my visits.
She was fairly 'aggro' so I had decided not to risk her bail out but fate had other ideas. That very night, the cranky mum produced FIFTEEN tiny babes so there was no way we couldn't give her a helping hand.... Thanks to the Gleeson family, Clarabelle (plus fifteen) were given a safe haven and the rest is history... The "footy team" all survived and one by one they are finding happy homes.
NOW IT IS CLARABELLE'S TURN! She may not be the prettiest girl in the world but she is a survivor..... Her bad temper could defintely be excused in view of the circumstances. The pound isn't the greatest place to be and it would be very uncomfortable and very stressful for a mum-to-be... There was no place to hide and no cosy niche to produce a family... That she had fifteen is unbelievable, but that all 15 survived is a miracle, so this mum has earned herself a permanent and loving home....
The good news is that cranky mum is disappearing to be replaced by a playful pup... We think that this Sharpei X isn't very old and love and care have brought out a loveable girl who just wants to have fun....
Are you the family who can provide this girl with a happy ending.... please contact us.
