About Felix DL1958
Felix is a gorgeous 7-month-old Kelpie x Heeler who just can’t wait to find his forever home!
Being a working dog breed, Felix has a lot of energy to burn and is looking for an active family that has the time to take him out on adventures every day, especially if the family works full time.
This pup is a smart cookie and has already mastered the art of sit, down and shake, but still needs some help redirecting his digging skills. He is a sucker for any kind of ball so be prepared for endless games of fetch.
Felix is trying hard to work through his anxiety so he is looking for someone who is patient and willing to work with him. He absolutely loves his current foster fur sister Billie and would be best placed in home with another young and active doggie. Felix is currently not suited to a home with small children.

Adoption details
ADOPTION:
1. Email DFLadoption@gmail.com to contact our Adoption Team & we will send you an expression of interest form to return
2. Successful applicants will then have a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer, along with a volunteer home visit & fence check, before beginning a trial period with the dog to ensure a great match for all involved.
DFL dogs are vaccinated, micro chipped & desexed prior to adoption (or at 6 months as a condition of adoption).
FOSTER:
If a dog is listed as "Foster Carer Needed", they are looking for a temporary home in Perth metro while their vet work is completed and while they wait for their forever home. They may also be fostered with the view to adoption. Please email us for more information.

2. Foster care applicants will then have a volunteer home visit & fence check, and a 'Meet & Greet' with the dog and their carer/rescue representative, before commencing foster care.
