Shady

Meet Shady 💙 - the purebreed Old English Sheepdog! Shady is 10 years old and just beginning to enjoy the twilight years of his life. His bouncy days of rough and tumble are gone, he is now ready to be somebody's new best friend. He is such a gentle, calm boy. We are seeking a home for him where somebody is home most of the time, and where he can just curl up on the couch or simply lay at your feet. Shady just wants to be a part of the family.
Shady is ok with other dogs, but has always lived as an only dog. He is not very tolerant of cats.
Being an English Sheepdog means his new family must be prepared to maintain his coat or take him to the groomers every 6-8 weeks. Shady also has a history of ear infections, however this is now well controlled with regular care.
