About Chervil (OaV-13)
Chervil is a cute little dude with a crazy hair do and a cheeky nature.
This fella came from a home where there was a very large number of piggies all breeding out of control. None of them were handled by their owners and they often didn't have enough food and water plus it got pretty dirty in there (they were all free-roaming in a shed).
So the beginning of Chervil's life was a bit rough! But him and a lot of his friends were rescued and have been living happily in foster care. Chervil has been desexed now so his breeding days are over too!
His foster family have been doing a great job of snuggling him a lot to get him used to being handled more and he's quite personable now! Chervil can be a little bit feisty with other male pigs but with a slow intro he could definitely have a new piggy housemate. As he is desexed, he could also live with female pigs!
Chervil is a healthy young fella who just needs a second chance. Can you help him out?
Adoption details
Thank you for taking the time to view one of our lovely animals. We love them all and we hope you will too.
If you would like to know more about an animal please call Freedom on 0409 000 259. If it sounds like you and the furry creature are a suitable match then we will pass on the foster carer’s details to you so you can call and make a time to meet them.
Once you have met the animal and wish to go further then we may organise a yard check to ensure that your yard is safe and secure (dogs only). You can then take your new family member home on a 2 week trial and if you decide they are not suitable then you can return them.
If you are not sure how existing animals in your home might be affected, or you want a little extra time to get to know the nature of the animal, we may allow you to foster with a view to adopt.
