About Alfie ~ Poodle X (on trial 3/8/2018)
Meet Alfie, a playful, lovable and extremely handsome Poodle x. Alfie is 2 years old and full of life looking for his fur ever home. He is currently in foster care with dogs of varying size, age and gender and gets on well with them all.
Alfie is a youngster and is still learning good manners so he will require ongoing training as he likes to jump up and “mouth “ when he gets excited. He is a gentle boy and loves nothing more than to sit on your knee as close to you as possible.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to phone or email the foster carer listed on the pet's profile (scroll to the bottom on the description). They can answer your questions and will ask you about the sort of home you are offering and may ask you to fill in our Adoption Questionnaire. Word format: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.docx or PDF: http://www.dogrescuenewcastle.com.au/adopt/adoptionquestionnaire.pdf
(2) If the questionnaire is approved you can arrange to meet the pet, usually at the foster carer's home or nearby.
(3) If that goes well we will arrange a property check so we can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've selected. We will ask to see photo ID.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay for and adopt your new family member! The two week trial begins on the day of adoption.
